Dark Green Empoli glass decanter made in the 1950s. Empoli was one of the famous centres for glass blowing in Italy and this deep green is typical of the region. This decanter has an especially elegant modern shape and is perfect for water or wine. This hand-blown piece has the circular mark on the base showing where the blow-pipe was removed from the molten glass. A lovely 1950s Italian decanter in good condition.
