Spectacular extra large hand-blown Murano glass 'Centro Tavolo'. This extraordinary turquoise glass bowl was found in Parma and is a beautiful example of 1950s Italian design. It was made for display purposes in the centre of a grand dining or coffee table. It weighs almost 10 kilos and is in extremely good condition considering its age. It has occasional tiny bubbles in the glass, evidence of its hand-blown and hand-made nature.
