Part of an exceptional private collection of fruit and vegetable themed Italian ceramics collected over a 30 year period from the 1940s to the 1970s in Northern Italy. An exceptional set of hand-painted and hand-glazed ceramic fruit. Each piece has considered details from the core of the pear to the seeds of the pomegranate. It is nearly impossible to find a full set of this quality and beauty from the 50s in such good condition.
