Beautiful and rare example of a 1950s Flavio Poli Sommerso Vase in excellent condition. Poli (1900-1984) joined Seguso Vetri d’Arte as Creative Director in 1934. He is known for his 'sommerso' submerged glass technique. This hand-blown heavy glass piece (5kg) uses a vibrant deep purple submerged in pink. A thrilling example of his 1950s work.
