Pair of 1970s Italian Brass Herons

A pair of spectacular brass 1970s Italian Herons found in a private home in Venice. The original owner had bought them in Naples. This is an exceptional pair, designed with particularly beautiful attention to detail. The wonderful shape of their necks, the beautiful feet and heads make these an extremely rare find. After years of search for the perfect pair, I have never seen any that quite match the beauty of this couple. One Heron stands upright with his neck raised and the other Heron is twisted round to see him. The detail of their necks, feet and heads is really wonderful. I adore them. Both Herons are in good condition.
