1960s hand-blown Bison Family by Archimede Seguso (1909-1999 Murano, Venice). It is particularly rare to find a full set of these exceptional Bison. Each carrying it's old Seguso sticker on the base. Archimede Seguso the renowned Venetian glass designer participated in virtually all of the Venice Biennale from 1936 to 1972 and is famous for his glass animals. Found in Rome, these 1960s Bison are an exceptional example of his work. The Mother Bison is in dark grey glass and the two babies in light grey and clear glass respectively. All in very good condition.
