Large frosted 1970s Murano Glass Orb Table Light

This beautiful hand-blown frosted glass large orb light was restored by a local Tuscan craftsman. His hand blown glass comes from a disused Tuscan factory which closed down more than 40 years ago. He has been restoring the glass pieces ever since. This glass orb / ball has been stored in newspaper for over 30 years which gives it this delightful effect. It has been restored with new inner wiring and an aged bronze base. It has a Eropean plug and working switch. Please note the large glass orb has a defect at is base which is not visible once it sits within its bronze stand (see photograph). A wonderful light giving a handsome glow.
