1940s Hand-Blown Murano Glass Gelato Bowls & Saucers (Set of 14)
An extraordinary set of individually hand-blown 1940s gelato or fruit salad bowls. Each piece is hand-blown in beautifully delicate Murano glass with a very fine pale green/blue border. Each bowl has its own plate or saucer that can be placed underneath or to the side. This set includes 14 small bowls and 14 saucers (A total of 28 pieces).
Note these bowls are part of a larger set of glassware including wine glasses and decanters, also available on our website. The set was found in a private home in Rome where it has belonged to the same family since the 1940s.
