This wonderful oval / egg shaped Flavio Poli bowl was hand-blown in the 1960s using the sommerso (submerged) technique. The surrounding glass is purple with a deep blue core. Remnants of the original 'Murano' sticker are on the base. A very special Murano glass bowl in excellent condition considering its age.
