A tall double sommerso Murano Glass vase with deep red core and orange glass surround. Sommerso means submerged in Italian and is a technique used in glass blowing whereby the hot molten glass first layer is literally submerged into the hot molten second layer. This is a refined and elegant Flavio Poli vase in good condition.
